Every piece from Indre Ta Studio is made with care. Here’s what to expect while your order makes its way to you.

Making your order

Most of our pieces are made especially for you after you place your order. Please allow 5–10 days for your order to be made and prepared for shipping.

Delivery time comes afterward, so please keep both in mind when ordering for a special occasion. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us before ordering so we can let you know when we expect to ship it. Please note that we cannot guarantee PostNL’s delivery times.

Shipping

We ship worldwide from the Netherlands with PostNL. Small items are sent as letterbox packages whenever possible, so they can fit through your mailbox.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email notification with tracking code.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on your destination and the shipping service used.

Within the Netherlands, standard letterbox packages are usually delivered within 2 delivery days after being handed to PostNL.

For international orders, you can find estimates for your destination on PostNL’s delivery information page.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Your order may take longer to arrive during busy periods, public holidays, service disruptions, or customs processing.
